1. S.B. 1020 Langerholc and J. Ward – Designates the LCPL Ralph J. Fabbri USMC Memorial Bridge in Blair County.
2. S.B. 363 Bartolotta – Requires proof of actual impairment before an individual with a valid medical marijuana identification card can be charged with a DUI.
- Amendment No. 3266 Bartolotta Provides technical corrections to the format of the bill to include these provisions under 75 Pa.C.S. § 3802 (d) (relating to controlled substances).
3. H.B. 250 Merski – Increases the income threshold for senior citizens to receive a reduced registration fee.
4. H.B. 1243 Benninghoff – Codifies the types of documents to verify an individual’s social security number for a REAL ID.
5. H.B. 1284 Neilson – Removes the sunset provisions for Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) in active work zones (AWZSE) under PennDOT and the Turnpike Commission
as well as Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia.
