Nomination of Barry J. Schoch, P.E., of Camp Hill, as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

S.B. 631 (Dinniman) – Designating the section of State Route 23 that is situated between Chester County’s border with Montgomery County and State Route 100 as the Medal of Honor Grove Highway.

S.B. 723 (Yaw) – Designating the bridge that connects South Williamsport to Williamsport, known as the Market Street Bridge, carrying U.S. Route 15 over the Susquehanna River in Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County, as the Carl E. Stotz Memorial Little League Bridge.

S.B. 745 (Scarnati) – Amending the act of July 5, 1984 (P.L.587, No.119), known as the Rail Freight Preservation and Improvement Act, further providing for contracts, procurement and sale of property and competition in award of contracts.
