To consider the following bills:

SB 771 (Rafferty) Provides for limitation on discovery of proprietary information on breathalyzers used for DUI arrests.

SB 522 (Stack) Increases penalties for hit and run incidents which results in injury or death.

SB 1049 (D. White) Increases penalties for DUI hit and run incidents which results in injury or death.

SB 1163 (Argall) Exempts a nonprofit railroad museum from vehicle registration fees in lieu of a $10 fee.

SB 1288 (Stout) Designates the bridge on S.R. 2018 over Monongahela River in Washington County as the Governor John K. Tenor Memorial Bridge.

SB 1305 (Rafferty) Raises the weight limit exemptions regulation requirements for farm vehicle from the current 17,000 to 26,000 pounds.

SB 1315 (Pileggi) Expands the ‘red light enforcement program’ to include Cities of the 2, 2A and 3rd class.

SB 1320 (Baker) Designates I-84 as the Fallen Trooper Memorial Highway.

HB 1800 (Ellis) Exempts any stimulus payments from the Federal Government to individuals under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 in determining if a retiree meets income qualifications to get a reduced annual fee of $10 for registration of his or her vehicle.
