Closing Remarks 

 The Joint Hearing will focus on Senate Bill 427 (Vulakovich, Fontana, Costa, Rafferty and Sabatina), which was introduced and referred to the Senate Transportation Committee on February 24, 2017.  This bill provides for the authorization of HAV testing at the Society of Automotive Engineers’ Levels 3, 4 and 5 under certain conditions on trafficways throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
