S.B. 918 (Stack) – An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in licensing of drivers, further providing for suspension of operating privilege for failure to respond to citation; and, in fees, further providing for reinstatement of operating privilege or vehicle registration.

S.B. 1036 (Rafferty) – An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in licensing of drivers, further providing for occupational limited license and providing for ignition interlock limited license; and, in driving after imbibing alcohol or utilizing drugs, defining “ignition interlock limited license,” further providing for ignition interlock and for the offense of illegally operating a vehicle a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock.

S.B. 1229 (Boscola) – An Act designating an interchange at the crossing of S.R. 33 and Main Street (S.R. 1022) in Palmer Township, Northampton County, as the Charles Chrin Interchange.

H.B. 1317 (K. Boyle) – An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in preliminary provisions, further defining “emergency vehicle”; in operation of vehicles, further providing for drivers of emergency vehicles; and, in other required equipment, further providing for visual and audible signals on emergency vehicles and for visual signals on authorized vehicles.
